چکیده
Obstructive sleep apnoea (OSA) is associated with reduced quality of life and increased risk developing cardiovascular disease. The cornerstone parameter for diagnosing assessing disease severity the apnoea-hypopnea index (AHI); however, this insufficient capturing complexity This because AHI poorly correlated to some major symptoms OSA, excessive daytime sleepiness events. Thus, new more personalized approaches, such as cluster analysis, are currently under investigation better define individual patient complications optimize treatment benefits.
